HILLARY DEFENDS CONSTITUTION FROM BUSH POWER GRAB

It's a statement of fact that Bush has grabbed a large and unprecedented and unconstitutional amount of power for the executive branch during his two terms in office. So it was a breath of fresh air to hear Hillary defend the constitution and the American people. In a remarkable and noteworthy statement to Michael Tomasky, Hillary mentioned that she will review and release some of the powers that Bush has claimed.

That has to be part of the review that I undertake when I get to the White House, and I intend to do that.

It's this kind of reasoned and effective leadership that have led her to a strong lead in recent polls.
